Welcome to Namababy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using the Namababy mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by Namababy ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Namababy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, installing, or using Namababy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Namababy helps parents discover, save, and match baby names. The Service includes both free features and Premium features available through subscription.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep your login details secure.
- Be responsible for all activity on your account.
- Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium Features: Unlimited swipes, access to all name collections, advanced filters, and family sharing.
- Billing: Handled via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Fees are charged upfront on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or lifetime).
- Free Trials: If available, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through your app store settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Namababy to:
- Break the law or infringe on others' rights.
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Hack, disrupt, or misuse the Service.
- Use the Service commercially without our permission.
6. Content and Ownership
- Our Content: All app content, branding, software, and design belong to Namababy and are protected by law.
- Your Content: You own the names, lists, and content you add. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it within the Service (e.g., syncing with your partner).
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimers
Namababy is provided "as is". We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost data, matches, or profits) arising from your use of Namababy.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Namababy from any claims, damages, or losses related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms. You may also delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.
